A. File within 48 hours

Because foil packets are moisture-sensitive, raise a return request within 48 hours of the courier’s first successful delivery scan. We review:

• Wrong SKU or pack size versus the invoice line.
• Transit damage that leaves packets wet, crushed, or unusable for sowing.
• Marked-delivered parcels that never arrived (with supporting courier notes).

B. Not covered

• Cosmetic foil scuffs, natural seed mottling, or normal size variation.
• Late delivery caused by unreachable phones or wrong PIN details you supplied.
• Packets opened, mixed, or discarded before we can inspect evidence.

C. Evidence

Use Track & Support with the order ID, a short description, and photographs of the outer carton plus affected sachets. We aim to reply within two working days.

D. Outcomes

Approved requests may resolve as a proportional refund, a replacement (stock permitting), or store credit—matched to the fault type.
