A. Coverage

We dispatch HSN 1209 sowing-grade seed packets across vegetable, flower, forage, herb, spice, and fruit-planting categories to courier-serviceable PIN codes across India. Unserviceable pins are blocked at checkout before payment.

B. Packing

• Seeds leave the Murshidabad hub in moisture-safe foil sachets.
• Cartons carry SKU marks and basic sowing handling notes.
• High-heat lanes may receive extra cushioning during peak summer weeks.

C. Processing time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on a working day typically leave within 24–48 hours. Festival peaks may add one extra processing day.

D. Fees

Prepaid checkouts ship at ₹0 on standard lanes unless a remote surcharge applies. COD may include a handling line shown before confirmation.

E. Delivery attempts

Couriers usually try twice. Buyer-side misses can require a paid re-dispatch for active seed lots.
